Question #1:
How long does it take until I receive my ScreenSaver?

Answer #1:
Most orders are completed within 3-5 business days. When your order is ready we will email you with a link where you can download your ScreenSaver. If you need your order by a specific day, please write a note in the special text area in your order form. We will try our best to fulfill your order by the date specified.
Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for scanning when submitting your pictures by postal mail.
If you requested your ScreenSaver on a CD please keep in mind the extra time for mailing the CD to you.

Question #2:
What are the requirements for submitting my photographs as electronic files?

Answer #2:

  • We prefer pictures in either one of the following formats: .tiff, .psd or .bmp files, but you may also submit your pictures as .jpg files.

  • The files should be at least 640 pixels wide x 480 pixels high for horizontal pictures, and at least 480 pixels high for vertical pictures. The resolution should be at least 72 pixels/inch.

  • If your files do not fulfill these requirements we can still use them, but the quality of the photographs may be less. In this case you may consider submitting your photographs via postal mail so we can scan them to fulfill the above requirements.

  • Please note that horizontal pictures will fill the whole screen, while vertical pictures will be displayed with a black border on both sides.

    Question #6:
I downloaded my ScreenSaver, where is it on my computer?

    Answer #6:
Your ScreenSaver is downloaded in the form of a normal Windows .EXE file. Which means when you double-click on the file, it runs as a program, and starts installing itself on your computer. You must run the file you have downloaded and let it install itself before you can use or even see your ScreenSaver.
When you downloaded your ScreenSaver, your browser should have prompted you as to where you wanted to save the file. If you remember the name of the folder you saved the file in, that is where you will find it.

What if you have no idea where you saved the downloaded file?
Don't worry, it is easy to find:
    1. Click on the windows START button
    2. Go to FIND
    3. FILES OR FOLDERS
    4. Named: (type in the last name you used when you placed your order)
    5. Look in C:
    6. Click on FIND NOW
If you have AOL, simply check in your AOL/Download directory.
When you see your file, double click on it, and the installation procedure should begin.
Once you have located your downloaded file, it's a good idea to put it in a safe place, and back it up. You will need this file to reinstall your software in the future.
If you need to redownload your ScreenSaver, we recommend that you save the file to your Desktop so that it is easy to find when it is finished.

    Question #7:
I cannot complete the download of my ScreenSaver!

    Answer #7:
For most people, problems downloading are a combination of file size, internet congestion and slow connection speeds.
The first thing to check for is that you have the fastest connection to the internet possible. You may need to disconnect and reconnect a few times to get that fastest speed possible if you are using a dial-up connection. Secondly, try downloading in the early morning or late night. Internet traffic is at it's peak during the middle of the day, particularly between the hours of 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM - avoid these times if you can. Additionally, if your using an internal modem, you may want to restart your computer, start downloading, and not run or use any other software while downloading.

    Question #8:
Can you please email my ScreenSaver?

    Answer #8:
We're sorry, but we cannot email files to individuals. Most mail servers will not accept large files, so even if we sent it you would most likely not receive it properly.
If you are having trouble downloading, we recommend that you wait a few hours and try again.

    Question #9:
I downloaded my software, and the file does not work!

    Answer #9:
For many people, a corrupt download is the cause for their ScreenSaver not working or installing.
The best thing to do is to redownload your ScreenSaver.
