Shipping Information

HatBagLuggage.com is proud to use as our exclusive shipping agent. We normally ship via ground service; however, if you require some other shipping method, please indicate so in the special instructions section of the Order Form. We will contact you via E-mail to confirm your choice and inform you of charges. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your merchandise and the adjusted shipping charges will appear on the invoice enclosed with your order. Due to packaging size constraints, we must assess an "Extra Handling" charge on all oversize items (luggage, shopping carts, etc.) Where applicable, this charge appears beside the item cost in the description of each such item. Additionally, 8.25% sales tax is automatically added to all orders shipped to a California address.
